Return & Refund Policy – Kids’ Dresses

1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • With all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or personalized/customized orders are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the product.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
